Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and, when needed, step into the Store Manager’s role to ensure smooth store operations.
- Create a shopping experience that aligns with the Joules brand and drives sales.
- Lead and develop the sales team, understand individual needs, and support retail operational standards.
- Manage in-store efficiencies to drive profitability and meet KPIs and targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and store standards.
About You / Qualifications
- Commercially driven and marketing savvy with the ability to create a unique Joules shopping experience.
- Experience in retail supervision or assistant manager roles with a track record of meeting KPIs and targets and delivering strong customer service.
- Ability to work reporting to the Store Manager and collaborate closely with the team to achieve store goals.
