We\’re seeking a professional who can develop meaningful and positive relationships with our customers, particularly in the Acute & Community care settings. The role involves engaging with key decision-makers such as Tissue Viability Nurses, Theatre and Ward Nurses, District Nurses, Podiatrists (including leg ulcer and vascular specialists), and Clinical Leads.
What will you be doing?
Aligned with our business plan, your focus will be on improving service provision and business efficiency. You will deliver consultative clinical expertise, insights, and support as part of our commercial proposals and presentations, emphasizing services like Wound Care Snapshot audits, Digital CDS tools, Clinical Pathways, and Clinical Projects.
What does success look like?
The primary goal is to increase adoption and sales of S+N Advanced Wound Device brands such as PICO, Renasys, and Infection Management. This will be achieved by providing clinical and technical support through training programs, wound clinical support, and demonstrating the clinical benefits of S+N products via regular contact with target customers across Community and Acute channels.
There will also be a focus on supporting projects and increasing usage across the entire range of Smith+Nephew products.
Candidate Requirements:
- A registered nurse, either from a healthcare setting or already in industry, or a Podiatrist.
- A genuine care for patients and an interest in wound healing.
- Tissue viability experience is advantageous.
- A full driving license is required.
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 75% of your time will involve travel, meeting with customers in clinical settings across the territory.
