Job Description:
Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based access control and smart space solutions, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing EMEA team. This hybrid role, based in London or Amsterdam, focuses on developing new business within our German (DACH) and Benelux markets.
The role involves managing external customer relationships and supporting sales operations. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-directed, passionate about technology, and experienced in consultative sales to drive new business.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualifying leads, setting appointments, and managing prospects.
- Building relationships with partners in your territory.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams on strategic campaigns.
- Educating clients and partners about Brivoβs security platform and integrations.
- Delivering demos via phone and video, communicating value clearly.
- Preparing quotes, responding to queries, and supporting pre-sales activities.
- Maintaining records in Salesforce CRM.
- Representing Brivo at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in sales, business development, or account management; 2+ years in channel sales preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS and consultative sales approaches.
- Proven sales success.
- Comfort with cold outreach.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with self-motivation.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
- Quick learner of new systems.
- Energetic, professional, proactive.
