Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Salary: £60,000 + Performance Bonus

My client specialises in recruitment across Operations & Supply Chain.
They\’ve recently evolved their service offering and market focus — now they\’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to help tell that story in a way that builds trust, drives inbound business, and positions them as the recruiter of choice for both clients and talent.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can both shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute.
You’ll take charge of redefining their brand positioning, improving how they communicate with key audiences, and increasing their visibility in the markets they serve.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
• Redefine and refine the brand and messaging to reflect recent changes in market focus and services
• Develop a compelling employer brand that supports recruitment of senior-level talent Audience Engagement
• Create and manage a content strategy for LinkedIn that consistently speaks to:
o Target clients in key industries (driving trust, credibility, and inbound leads)
o Senior recruitment talent
• Develop content and campaigns focused on value-add, not hard selling — such as:
o Industry news and analysis
o Talent insights and hiring trends
Campaign & Content Execution
• Plan and lead in-person events for Operations & Supply Chain professionals
• Launch and manage impactful video content campaigns
• Write and produce compelling written content (posts, blogs, reports, etc.) Internal Enablement
• Work closely with consultants to embed marketing into their workflow
• Deliver training and strategic support to ensure marketing becomes non-negotiable within the business
What We\’re Looking For
• Proven experience in both marketing strategy and execution
• Strong B2B content creation skills — particularly in written and video formats
• Experience planning and managing events
• Excellent command of the English language and strong copywriting ability
• Collaborative and confident working with internal stakeholders
• Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver on time
• A great cultural fit – proactive, positive, and ambitious
• Must be available to work in the office 3 days per week
