What you\’ll be doing

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for gaming and experience with creating standout media plans? Future is looking for a Planning Director to lead sales planning for our Games portfolio – home to some of the world\’s most recognisable gaming brands. In this important role, you\’ll be at the heart of our commercial growth, developing smart, data-driven proposals that win business and strengthen client partnerships.

Reporting to the Head of Planning, you\’ll work with our sales, editorial and creative teams to shape best-in-class campaigns that create impact for top gaming advertisers. From branded content to multi-channel partnerships, your strategies will be tailored, innovative and results-focused.

A strong understanding of gaming trends, audience behaviour, and media innovation is essential to ensure our offering remains competitive, relevant, and ahead of the curve.

  • Experience working in media planning role gaming or entertainment
  • Experience with campaign KPIs and measurement tools
  • Experience with social media advertising in the gaming space
  • Experience building persuasive sales strategies and proposals to win business
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent written skills to create effective presentations and proposals
