We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Data and AI Advisor/Sales – Consumer & Healthcare .

The Data AI Sales Lead will be a key member of a dynamic team driving growth of Genpact\’s Data and AI solutions within a prioritized portfolio of accounts. This role involves creating, shaping, and responding to new challenges within specific industry verticals such as Consumer Goods/Retail, supporting Genpact\’s Sales and Transformation Services community.

The growth strategy aligns with our vision to be a distinguished partner as clients adopt AI at scale to transform and accelerate growth. This role will identify, shape, and close revenue-generating opportunities in new and existing accounts, leveraging repeatable offerings and solutions focused on Data and AI technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, and Data Cloud on Cloud providers, combined with your domain expertise to foster innovation and thought leadership.

The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a proven track record of business expansion, capable of originating, qualifying, shaping solutions, selling, negotiating, and closing deals using sales process and technical expertise. Building relationships with key decision-makers at clients by showcasing Genpact\’s domain and technology capabilities is essential.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish trusted advisor relationships, collaborating with Genpact Sales and SMEs/Solution Architects to assist clients with challenging business opportunities.
  2. Understand client business and utilize leading Data Platforms (GCP, Databricks, Snowflake), AI, and LLM technologies to craft transformational value propositions.
  3. Proactively identify and develop opportunities for GenAI/AI solutions.
  4. Support internal teams with domain and digital solution expertise, including participation in RFI, RFP, bids, demonstrations, assessments, and workshops.
  5. Collaborate across functions to assess and scope new opportunities.
  6. Manage revenue and bookings targets for dedicated Data AI industry segments and maintain forecasts.
  7. Build relationships with Data Partners and their sales leadership to introduce innovative solutions.
  8. Contribute to market positioning through new offerings and thought leadership.
  9. Handle delivery estimations, solutioning, pricing, and review of customer agreements.

Qualifications we seek

  • Deep knowledge of Data and AI products, solutioning, and selling data and AI transformation solutions.
  • Experience with sales targets, business expansion, and technical solutioning.
  • Experience in Consumer & Healthcare/Data/AI sectors or similar consulting environments.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions compellingly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Relevant industry and sales experience, particularly in Consumer Goods/Retail.
  • Expertise in multi-tech, multi-cloud, SaaS/on-prem solutions.
  • Executive presence with experience engaging C-Suite and senior technical buyers.
  • Willingness to travel as required (25-100%).

  • Specialized expertise in industry verticals like Consumer Goods/Retail.
  • Experience leading digital and GenAI transformations.
  • Knowledge of full-stack AI architecture, integrations, and domain specifics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
