QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PARTNER
As a Quality Improvement Partner, you’ll work at the heart of our apprenticeship provision driving excellence, supporting continuous improvement, and helping to ensure every learner has an exceptional experience. You’ll work closely with our Professional Learning Mentors (PLMs), Delivery Team Managers (DTMs), and wider quality and curriculum teams to embed quality into everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead themed deep dives
• Conduct risk-based sampling of allocated PLMs
• Carry out at least one observation per PLM each year, triggering improvement plans within
two weeks if standards aren’t met
• Gather and act on feedback from learners and employers, resolving concerns within two
weeks and escalating where necessary.
• Support with staff CPD, lead standardisations, training and inductions of new delivery staff.
• QA curriculum resources and design.
• Provide exemplars for PLMs and support with evidence queries.
• Monitor learner portfolios monthly sampling based on the PLM risk rating.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• A strong grounding in apprenticeship quality assurance
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• A background in coaching, mentoring or staff development is highly desirable
• Experience working with OneFile or other learner management systems is a bonus

Salary & Benefits
• £40,000 starting salary (DOE)
