Assistant Site Manager Location: Glasgow Salary: Competitive + Package

We are working with a well-established construction group that is a market leader in the development and construction of affordable housing for rent and sale. W i th a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation, this contractor consistently delivers projects on time and to high standards .

They are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support site operations and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing site activities and subcontractors.
  • Support the Site Manager with health & safety compliance and quality control.
  • Monitor progress against the programme and report on site performance.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on site-related matters.
  • Help manage materials, resources, and daily site logistics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within construction
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices and site procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
