Assistant Site Manager – 140 Unit Timber Frame & Traditional Housing Development Our client are one of the most established brands in the country and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to assist on the construction of a new 140 unit development in Dorset. This exciting project combines modern timber frame construction for the houses and traditional built low rise apartments, offering a unique and challenging opportunity for a skilled and driven professional. **About the Project:** * A new 140-unit development featuring a mix of timber frame and traditionally built homes and apartments. * Groundworks commencing December 2024 **About the Role:** As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site, adhering to programme deadlines, health and safety regulations, and the companies high quality standards.
