Position Overview
A leading brokerage based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented Service Desk Analyst to join their established support function. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT related issues.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include:
- Resolving queries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Escalating to specialists when needed.
- Managing technical relationships with internal users.
- Ensuring SLAs are met and customer service levels maintained within an ITIL framework.
