Job Description

We are currently seeking a detailed oriented and engaged Digital Content QA Coordinator with keen curiosity about our customers who are utilising our digital offerings to engage with our brand and purchase online for a fixed-term contract period ending 31st May 2026. Bring your deep attention to detail and appreciation for localised experiences to help us deliver flawless, relevant content to shoppers across the world!

Core Responsibilities

  • Review a wide variety of end-to-end shopper journeys on the site and log issues, request corrections and make recommendations for improvement across device (desktop, mobile and tablet), country and language.
  • Document and socialise QA checklist for product, theme, promotion, and campaign launches.
  • Find and recommend opportunities to improve the efficiency of managing content for products, themes, and campaigns.
  • Partner with consumer services specifically to validate reported issues and facilitate their resolution.
  • Identify and recommend additional innovative mechanics and processes to improve the quality of our content and experiences.
  • Use data to find opportunities for improvement across the user journey, including spotting issues across individual countries.
  • Support the delivery of online content A/B testing, ensuring the right asset is deployed to the right test.
  • Perform localization audits and translation reviews cross site for your native language and facilitate resolution of reported issues
  • Coordinate the feedback loop with translation vendors on the reported translation errors on the website.

As a part of the LEGO Retail organisation, the Global Ecommerce team drives commercial performance and development of LEGO.com. Collaborating with global colleagues in Ecommerce, Marketing, Consumer Services and our external agency partner, this role monitors and improves the quality of our content so that shoppers can easily find what they are looking for and purchase with confidence, no matter the country, language, or device they choose to browse in.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment as well as online user experience.
  • Strong communications skills with a collaborative approach, and an ability to partner across the business at varying levels.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as well as other languages preferably French, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Dutch or Italian (other languages can be considered also).
  • A high-level understanding of online business tools and processes that identify root causes of quality issues and represent website standard methodologies.
  • Great attention to detail and prioritisation of responsibilities with a determination to see issues through to resolution.
  • The ability to travel internationally is approximately 5%.
  • Commitment to our hybrid working policy \’Best of Both\’ (minimum 3-days working in the office)
  • Experience working with Contentsack or similar CMS is an advantage as is previous experience in translation or proofreading.
