Conference Producer – Life Sciences Portfolio
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: Up to ÂŁ35k DOE + 20% annual bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading global events organiser with a standout portfolio in the life sciences sector . Their flagship US based exhibition is the most established and largest event of its kind worldwide , attracting thousands of senior professionals from biotech, pharma, healthcare, and investment.
As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join their London-based team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a year or more of B2B production experience – whether in exhibitions or conferences – to step into a role with significant visibility and impact.
The Role
This position will play a key role in shaping the content and strategic direction of the exhibition, working on everything from high-level theatres and content hubs to innovation zones and onsite experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior industry stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to deliver an exceptional, market-leading event.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with strong support and career development, contributing directly to a high-profile exhibition attended by global leaders in life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trends, challenges, and opportunities across the life sciences industry to inform content development.
- Design and produce agenda-led features such as content theatres, live panel sessions, and special zones.
- Identify and secure senior-level speakers and advisors across biotech, pharma, academia, investment, and government.
- Build partnerships and engage with industry stakeholders to support content curation and overall event positioning.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
- Attend and manage live content onsite at the US-based exhibition (international travel may be required).
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a B2B exhibition or conference production role.
- Interest or experience in life sciences, healthcare, biotech, or pharma is strongly preferred.
- Excellent research and agenda development capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to overall event strategy.
- Proactive, well-organised, and collaborative.
- London-based or within commutable distance – 3 days per week onsite required.
