What you\’ll do As media executive, you\’ll report to the Paid Media and Performance Manager. You\’ll support the wider team with media planning, buying, paid search, social and programmatic. Campaign management is essential here. You\’ll learn how we use data reports, back-office systems and bid strategies to optimise them. Your work will be anchored in the collective expertise and insights of your team, and you\’ll bring optimism to help realise our plans across mediums and seas. We take a digital-first approach. We\’re proactive about keeping up to date with industry developments and innovative options within all media markets, so we can provide best practice for our clients. You\’ll help us with this by diving into research and creating a guide on global media channels. Building effective, positive relationships will be key to ensuring the best quality of work. Internally, you\’ll work closely with the Client Services team. Externally, you\’ll liaise and negotiate with tech and media teams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise, shape media strategy, and be part of a team that\’s setting innovative industry standards. Who you are We\’re looking for an excellent team player with a βlet\’s get stuck in\’ approach. You\’re motivated to get work right the first time, and it\’s your sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills that help you achieve this. We\’d also like you to be proactive about prioritising your own workload to meet deadlines. Professionalism and customer focus drive you. You\’re a superb communicator, both in writing and orally. Plus, you have a good working knowledge of office IT systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook. It would be desirable if you had experience of any of the following: dealing with clients/customers, working in an office environment, and knowledge of digital platforms. To qualify, you\’ll need to be educated to degree level and have achieved a 2:1 as a minimum. You\’ll also need a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. What\’s in it for you?
