Multi-Home Care Lead
Supporting within All Norse Care Services Across Norfolk
£ 32,315.62 per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as a Multi-Home Care Lead supporting across all Norse Care Services throughout Norfolk, on a permanent basis working Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week.
The Opportunity:
As a Multi-Home Care Lead, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in ensuring high quality of care is provided to Norse Care\’s residents and tenants.
Whilst working alongside Registered Managers, you will mentor and coach employees within their roles, which will include assisting with inductions and onboarding, conducting support visits, undertaking work-based observations and supervisions to support development of our teams.
The Multi Home Care Lead will identify areas of improvement and implement programmes, such as workshops, to ensure consistent and high standards of care across the organisation.
Within this role line management responsibilities for a small team of Multi Home Team Leaders is required, with support from the Service Support Manager, together with ensuring they are effectively deployed to support across Norse Care as required.
This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.
What are we looking for from you?
You will have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside:
- Proven track record working at Team Leader level or above within a Health & Social Care setting
- Experience in delivering excellent person-centred care
- Desirably hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of care plans
- Knowledge of CQC legislations and requirements
- Strong communication & leadership skills
