Are you a recent engineering graduate or an early-career professional with a passion for building and testing new ideas? We’re looking for a motivated R&D Engineer to join our growing team and help us design and develop forward-thinking technologies that push boundaries.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll work on real-world challenges, explore new technologies, and turn bold ideas into working prototypes.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the research, design, and development of new products and features
- Conduct hands-on prototyping, testing, and analysis of components and systems
- Collaborate across engineering, data, and product teams to bring ideas to life
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to support R&D work
- Explore new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline
- 1+ year of experience in an R&D or technical environment (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Python and GitHub workflows
- Solid grounding in linear algebra, statistics, and calculus
- Knowledge of software design principals
- Understanding of maintainable and testable code design
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
