The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for administration functions connected to Funded, Private NVQ and Commercial Courses. We are proud to be nationally recognised as one of the UK’s largest private training providers. We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, qualified Sales Support Administrator to join our existing team. The successful candidate will undertake the following main Duties and Responsibilities: Working with the Sales Team to ensure all system records, Leads and Sales Opportunities are complete, updated and accurate Responsible for booking training with 3rd party training providers via email and online portal/platforms Ensuring all confirmed bookings are updated on company CRM system Responsible for sending out delegate joining instructions in an accurate and timely manner Responsible for chasing paperwork eg. Delegate registration and results forms from 3rd party training providers Ensuring the timely distribution of delegate certificates to our clients Chase overdue and outstanding certificates with training providers Processing grant claims on CITB online platform Answering and resolving incoming internal/external customer queries via phone & email Notifying awarding bodies of upcoming course schedule Ensure CRM system is updated with changes to courses, dates, delegate attendees, cancellations etc Accurate archiving of hard and soft copy documentation and certificates Follow up confirmations from the 3rd party training providers for courses scheduled the following week Follow up confirmations of delegate attendance and results from completed courses The ideal candidate must possess the following Skills, Experience and Qualities: Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Proficient ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to cope well under pressure. Strong organisation Skills Minimum of two years’ experience in an admin role Enthusiasm in the workplace The ideal candidate may possess the following desirable Skills, Experience and Qualities: Experience within the work-based learning sector. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and maths or equivalent.
