We’re looking for a Pricing Analytics Manager to lead strategic pricing and investment initiatives across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-impact role where you\’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that shape customer pricing, influence supplier relationships, and directly drive bottom-line growth.
What You’ll Do
Optimise Pricing & Profitability
Design and implement pricing strategies that balance customer value, supplier success, and long-term profitability.
Lead Forecasting & Financial Strategy
Collaborate with Finance to drive profitability planning, scenario modeling, and investment strategy across categories.
Solve Complex Business Problems
Use advanced analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Python/R, BigQuery) to extract insights, build models, and guide decisions.
Influence Through Insight
Monitor commercial performance, identify trends and risks, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with teams across Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics to align pricing and promotional strategies.
Lead & Mentor
Support and guide junior analysts within a collaborative, high-performing team of five.
What You’ll Bring

Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, analytics, or strategy consulting

Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and large dataset analysis (BigQuery and Python/R a plus)

Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions and business impact

Commercial mindset — you understand how pricing affects customer behavior, supplier dynamics, and profitability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods is a plus, but not required
