We are currently recruiting for a Head of Partner Data to join our established and experienced Delegated team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and evolve the Partner Data Strategy for UK Delegated to ensure data available to our business enables delivery of our objectives and obligations.
This role holds responsibility for ensuring that complete, accurate and timely partner data is available for use in RSA processes / MI creation across all our Delegated Insurance arrangements. It will develop, implement and evolve Partner Data Strategy for the UK delegated business.
You will lead the Bordereau team, driving engagement and motivation at all levels and ensure best practice across the team, including our approach to data. You will be involved with leading continued automation of data ingestion through the bordereau management tool (Insights) and into downstream systems.
Collaboration with the Chief Information Office (CIO) and MI Teams is also required to ensure the needs of Delegated are represented to and appropriately served by the wider business.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to develop and evolve an insurance data strategy, working with functional experts across underwriting, pricing, finance, claims and conduct and regulatory teams. You will also have the ability to execute on the strategy within agreed timescales through effective leadership of others.
Being an engaging leader, with a record of leading a team in high quality delivery is required for this role as well as having highly effective influencing and communication skills.
