Job Overview
Client – a fun‑loving 33‑year‑old woman with a Golden Retriever assistance dog requires a life enabling companion. The role is part‑time (15 hrs min), £13.00 per hour, hours negotiable.
Key Dates

Start date: Negotiable (Dec/Jan 2026, pending PVG)
Responsibilities
- Enhance client’s confidence and support social activities.
- Assist with meals, drinking, personal care, and leisure activities.
- Support and care for the client’s assistance dog.
- Participate in weekly music sessions and bi‑weekly Bobath physiotherapy.
- Encourage outdoor activities and provide companionship.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Caring, friendly, and proactive nature.
- Love of animals, especially dogs.
- Good sense of humour and enthusiastic personality.
- Native speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent listening skills.
- Willingness to undergo PVG scheme.
