This fast growing Bristol based housing company work in partnership with housebuilders and the council proving high quality affordable family homes. They have numerous site at various stages with more to come and are committed to the community and environment on each scheme.
As they continue to expand they are looking for a Technical Manager to manage multiple projects and oversee the work of a Junior Technical Coordinator. You will manage the drawing information from external consultants and attend site meetings.
We are looking to hear from applicants who have worked for a housebuilder or a consultancy on residential projects. You will have a solid understanding of construction legislation and building regulations and be competent in team management.
