Contract Bioinformatician (CNV) β outside IR35 β 6 months β 100% remote

Qualifications
- PhD/Masters degree in bioinformatics, data/computer science or related field
- 3+ years experience in applied bioinformatics and Illumina NGS omics data
- Hands on-experience with DNASeq analysis pipelines from BCL/FASTQ to VCF
- Experience with CNV calling from WGS/ WES
- Strong programming skills with Python (and/or R) and bash scripting/Linux
- Candidates ideally need to have performed Tumour Normal WES (or WGS) pipeline development using Illuminaβs DRAGEN pipeline, or have experience building and optimising tumor-normal pipelines for WES/WGS data using a range of industry-standard tools such as Sentieon, GATK and Manta.
