What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Change & Special Projects, as a Senior Portfolio Change Manager you’ll contribute towards the Change team’s objective: to maximise returns on the yearly Change Portfolio / Transformation Board investment.
To achieve this objective, you’ll be responsible for monitoring value generated by Transformation Board initiatives and preparing quarterly performance statements. You’ll also lead discussions with Executives & the leadership group, articulating the value of the Change Portfolio, and facilitating decision-making by mapping opportunities and risks. Additionally, you’ll assess new investment cases and conduct periodic project health checks, ensuring alignment with Change Portfolio objectives.
You will also support the hands-on delivery of some of Brit’s most exciting projects by working closely with the Special Projects team.
