About The Role

Working for our subsidiary company, Sparks Managed Services, at The Advanced Technology Centre Campus, Customer Services Assistants work as part of a team to provide professional, friendly, high quality and efficient service to the colleges students, staff and visitors. Customer service assistants are accountable to the Catering Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace.

Main Responsibilities

  • Helping to prepare and serve food
  • Operating a till
  • Table clearing
  • Dishwashing
  • Cleaning of large- and small-scale equipment

From time to time these responsibilities may be reviewed so that they evolve as part of the college\’s strategic growth and success. You may also be required to take on other tasks related to the job to support the College in the delivery of its strategic aims, without changing the role\’s main purpose.

What We Can Offer You

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of £24,727 (Pro rata for hours worked) based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
