Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Client Development Executive to join their London office. The successful candidate will need to be an energetic and focused individual with the ability to quickly build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
The Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, key account plans, and support client development programmes to enhance satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Coordinate client activity, including social value commitments, events, conferences, and reporting for key clients and legal frameworks/panels.
Maintain and improve internal client data systems, ensuring effective data management procedures and accurate database records.
Track, analyse, and report on client activity, opportunities, targets, and satisfaction insights to inform decision-making.
Support marketing collaboration through thought-leadership campaigns, tender content, and research on clients, competitors, and market trends.
Build strong relationships with CRM partners, fee earners, and clients while staying informed about sector developments.
The Candidate:
Experienced in professional-services marketing and business development, including previous client development roles, with strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
Skilled in time management, communication, relationship-building, and teamwork, with a flexible, proactive, and improvement-focused approach.
Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, and is motivated to learn, develop, and excel within a professional services environment.
