Job Description
Are you ready to unleash your inner data detective? Join our Employee Engagement and Analytics team as a Student Worker and help us uncover the secrets to creating the best place to work! In this exciting role, you’ll dive into the world of employee feedback, analyse trends, and help us create a work environment where everyone can succeed and grow together.
As well as quarterly Pulse surveys throughout the year, our Annual Pulse survey in November is our ‘main event.’ The project timeline for Annual Pulse runs from September through to February and requires careful preparation of our respondent and organizational data, close partnership with our third-party survey provider, as well as high quality reporting for our senior stakeholders in December/January. Your support is needed to help our team succeed in all our deliverables.
Please note: This is a paid 12-month contract, working 3 to 5 days per week.
Core Responsibilities

Assist in analysing employee survey data to gather valuable insights on motivation and satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to high quality PowerPoint reports that present key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.

Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven recommendations for improving employee engagement.

Support with extracting and preparing organizational and respondent data from our HRIS (Workday) ensuring accuracy and consistency for ongoing analysis.
