Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments that foster trust and understanding from the start.
  • Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis/safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other documentation in a timely, organized manner.
  • Participate actively in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and care coordination across disciplines.
  • Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic, integrated care.
  • Contribute to a clinical culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Active LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts (required).
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with experience across diverse populations and presenting issues.
  • Deep commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and inclusive, trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
