The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group’s go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations. We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager based at Wisley Gardens.

Location: Wisley Gardens
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically manage all aspects of retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and adherence to company standards.
  • Drive sustainable business growth by implementing strategic initiatives, optimising resources, and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Provide visionary leadership to a team of 20-40 members, fostering a high-performance culture that promotes productivity, engagement, and professional development.
  • Oversee and analyse the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals and identifying opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable leadership culture, empowering teams through mentorship and strategic guidance to achieve both organisational and individual success.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while upholding the organisation’s reputation for excellence.
