Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their London office. The role involves responsibility for driving the Global CRM programmes and collaborating with a large cross section of practice groups and business units and stakeholder on respective key account plans across top group clients. This is an internal support role with a key focus on achieving growth and meeting the company\’s long-term client retention objectives.The Responsibilities:Support the rollout of global client initiatives and ensure alignment across the organisation.Identify opportunities for growth through strategic planning and relationship mapping for top clients.Build strong internal and external relationships by understanding client portfolios and fostering connections across business units.Promote best practices for client service, lead account reviews, resolve issues, and drive spend optimisation.Track and escalate client service issues, ensure focus on client experience, and align efforts with scorecard objectives.Provide coaching to teams and deliver research, financial analysis, and reporting to guide strategy and assess initiative effectiveness.The Candidate:Bachelor\’s degree or professional qualification in marketing, business, finance, or a related field, with 10+ years in business development or CRM within professional services, and strong knowledge of the financial services sector.8+ years of experience in client account management and a proven ability to manage and report on multiple client relationships or programmes concurrently.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior stakeholders and a solution-oriented approach.Skilled in InterAction or similar CRM systems, highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.The Recruitment Process – How to get it right!
