We’re looking for Night Hosts to join our Front of House Team across our two unique hotels:

  • Scarlet, an adults-only eco-sanctuary celebrating natural living.
  • Bedruthan, a creative, family-friendly outpost for all to enjoy.

This hands‑on, varied role is key to delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests feel cared for—even late at night.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering a smooth check‑in for late arrivals and early check‑outs, following our standard procedures.
  • Answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Supporting the food and beverage team with room service deliveries.

  • Overnight security to ensure the hotel site is safe.

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when problem‑solving.

You’ll need basic computer skills, accurate numeracy, honesty, and good judgment. The role also requires physical stamina to patrol the hotels and grounds, and assist with nightly cleaning and tidying.

What we’re looking for

  • Confident, positive, and adaptable team players.
  • Problem‑solvers who can answer guest questions and find solutions independently.
  • Previous hotel experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating positive, lasting memories for our guests.
  • Dedicated to being part of a hardworking, successful team.

What we offer

  • Competitive pay: ÂŁ13.35 per hour plus a share of hotel tips.
  • People‑focused working environment and internal learning opportunities.
  • Permanent contract with 28 days holiday (rising to 29 after one year).
  • Long‑service reward: enjoy a free stay at Bedruthan after your first year.
  • 40% off food and drinks at the hotel, plus hospitality discounts and local partnerships.
  • Temporary on‑site team accommodation available.
