The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Entry-Level or Associate Manufacturing Engineer located in Berkeley, MO.

Position Overview: We are looking for Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness, and composite fabrication. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of aerospace products, including platforms for Fighter Jet programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting production and manufacturing processes for the F-15 aircraft.
  • Support daily operations by supporting build plans and removing constraints.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for production improvement of the F-15 fighter jet.
  • Implement quality and producibility improvement initiatives.
  • Streamline processes, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing input on manufacturability and assembly.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the specified location. The candidate must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance, requiring US Citizenship. An interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required post-start.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent.
  • B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Composite Fabrication experience.
  • Experience supporting defense/aerospace customers.
  • Experience with 3D model-based instruction and tools like IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, etc.

Additional Details: The role is for 1st shift, with a salary range of $63,750 – $102,350 depending on level and experience. The application deadline is August 27, 2025.
