My client is a top tier European Bank who have a large global middle office function covering trade lifecycle, confirmations, settlements, collateral and F2B trade processing. They are seeking an experienced MD to run, innovate and drive the function.
It is expected you have 20+ years within investment banking and held roles within a line/BAU function within a post trade function. You would also need to be a strong leader and have led global disparate teams across multiple entities serving multiple product lines.
Transformation experience is key – whilst this isn’t a traditional CTB role, the incumbent will be responsible for driving commercial and operational strategy from shaping through to execution.
