The Position As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share for the pharmacy division. This role involves building a team of sales professionals, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and distributors. The Person * A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not essential * Strong commercial acumen * Proven track record in a leadership role, managing sales teams and achieving targets. * Knowledge of the Pharmacy Sector preferred * Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyse data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
