Your Responsibilities
- To maintain all facilities and areas of Group businesses, both internally and externally to consistently high standards, as instructed by the Group IT & Facilities Manager.
What we\’re looking for
- Able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance including basic electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and tiling (full orientation will be provided).
- Understanding of mechanical and operational systems.
- Aware of personal limitations and willing to seek help when needed.
- Interacts with colleagues and customers in a professional and discreet manner, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Relevant qualifications and licences to operate machinery and vehicles, where required (full training provided).
- Full UK clean driving licence.
