Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on lenses, frames, and coatings tailored to each customers needs
- Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate fitting, adjustment, and aftercare
- Assist with the delivery of outstanding customer experiences in branch
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge and service
- Work collaboratively with Optometrists and branch teams
- Keep accurate records and support daily operational tasks
- Ensure GOC standards and professional guidelines are upheld
