A fast-growing live entertainment business is looking for a Product & Engineering Operations Administrator to support and streamline operations across a multidisciplinary product and engineering team. As the Operations Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of team coordination – managing finance systems, licenses, and reporting while supporting cross-functional collaboration, meetings, training, and travel logistics.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years\’ experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across all levels
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Integrity in handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Liaising with development teams/engineers
