Commercial Property – Solicitor – Up to £70,000 (DOE) Salary The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm that is set to expand its existing office network with the addition of a further commercial property solicitor to join their team based in Newcastle. The firm is recognised across the North of England for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial and private client work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint a further Commercial Property Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to work alongside the existing Commercial Property team. The Candidate A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2-6 years PQE Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail Excellent organisation and time-management skills Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
