Position Overview

As an Energy Transition M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of energy and resources matters, including M&A transactions, financing deals, and legislative issues. You will work closely with partners and senior associates to deliver exceptional legal services to clients across the globe, contributing to the firm\’s reputation as a go-to advisor in the energy sector.

Responsibilities
