An excellent opportunity for a Trainee Field Service Testing & Medical Calibration Engineer to join a well-established company. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Stansted. Salary: Basic Salary £23K PA for 6 months’ probation period, rising to £24K after 6 months and £25K after 12 months. OTE £30,000 per annum with commission structure About the Company: They are a growing, medium-sized business established in 2015. They specialise in the servicing and maintenance of medical equipment for a wide range of custome Stansdrs including Doctors\’ Surgeries, Care Homes, Pharmacies, Gyms, Sports Facilities, and more. They are proud to deliver high-quality service with a professional and personable approach. As demand grows, we’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated team. The Role You will represent the company on the road, servicing medical equipment at customer locations. No two days will be the same, and you\’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with the company’s valued customers. This role is fully field based so applicants must be comfortable with daily travel to several locations. Responsibilities include: * Performing on-site equipment servicing and calibrations * Managing your own schedule through our live calendar system * Delivering excellent customer service and building client rapport * Identifying opportunities for cross-sells and up-sells * Working both independently and as part of a team Candidate Requirements: * Be smartly presented and professional * Be polite, confident and comfortable dealing with customers face to face * Hard working, self-motivated and be happy working independently and as part of a team * Excellent communications skills and have a positive can-do attitude * Be willing to travel, including overnight stays when required * Good technical computing skills If you\’re enthusiastic, driven, and want to be the face of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you!
