Events Administrator Bournemouth | Full-time | £28,000 DOE Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator with a passion for events and coordination? We\’re looking for an Events Administrator to join a thriving, fast-paced team based at a lively HQ in Bournemouth. This is a varied role supporting both the Events and Accounts teams, ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of event planning, financial admin and day-to-day office management. If you love ticking off a to-do list, working with people and keeping things running smoothly, this one\’s for you. Key Responsibilities: Events Administration Responding professionally to booking and hire enquiries Coordinating suppliers, traders and clients to ensure smooth event delivery Assisting with scheduling, purchasing and event documentation Maintaining organised records and internal systems Accounts Support Bank reconciliations in Xero, including credit card transactions Allocating payments to sales invoices and inputting purchase invoices Raising invoices for a variety of services including hires and events Chasing overdue invoices and managing finance inbox queries Reconciling petty cash, spreadsheets and supporting with month/year-end processes General Admin Support Handling calls, emails and general enquiries Providing support to both the events and accounts teams as needed Keeping on top of day-to-day office tasks and team admin Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and demonstrating a can-do, proactive attitude Ready to bring your event coordination skills to a team that delivers exciting projects all year round?
