Part time Lettings Administrator. Bolton (BL1) £12.83 per hour + parking – 30 hours per week across 4 days (Tues – Fri) A successful and established, Bolton based Lettings firm are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join the team. Looking after two of their sites – with over 100 rooms between them, your duties will include; Taking calls and enquiries regarding room availability Progressing the initial enquiry through to contract completion Logging maintenance issues and arranging site staff to carry out repairs Contract renewals Tenant check ins/check out procedures This is a fully office based role (no hybrid or WFH option).
