About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our supportive and ambitious team, playing a vital role in helping us uphold the highest standards of client service.
As a Client Service Executive, you’ll be an important point of contact for client concerns and feedback. Working closely with our Complaints Director, you’ll help ensure all client queries, complaints, and service issues are handled professionally, promptly, and with empathy, having a positive impact on client experiences.
This is not just a “complaints handler” position – it is a client care role that champions service recovery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
We are recruiting for this role in our Cheltenham office. We do not offer hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Complaints Director, act as a key contact for client feedback, concerns, and complaints across the firm.
- Investigate and respond to service issues in a timely, constructive, and empathetic manner.
- Liaise with legal teams and management to fully understand and resolve client issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements in service delivery, supporting new procedures and initiatives to address recurring themes.
- Support the Compliance team in reporting, analysis, and quality assurance processes
- Demonstrate a problem solving approach and our values of positivity and excellence in every interaction.

- Previous experience in a client-facing or complaints handling role, ideally (but not essentially) within professional services or legal environments.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- A calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for client care and continuous improvement.
