After a new role with good prospects, flexibility and the chance to go self-employed on a day rate?? * Quantity Surveyor * Aylesbury two days a week, three days on site/WFH * Enabling works projects £500k to £5m * £350 to £400 p/d A rapidly growing enabling works contractor, operating nationwide, is looking to strengthen it\’s commercial function. You\’ll take on a few projects and work closely with the site teams and clients, taking on responsibility for the commercials from preconstruction to final account. Plenty of flexibility, just be in the office a couple of days a week to report on your projects etc. What\’s needed? 1. Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management 2. All UK construction experience/track record 3. Experience with enabling works, structural alterations, newbuild. 4. Strong communicator and good work ethic Brilliant opportunity to work for a flat out busy contractor that can offer flexibility
