Job description Senior Account Director Building Services & FM £70,000£80,000 base + OTE up to £100k Remote with 1 day per week in office Full-Time | Permanent Looking for your next big move in facilities management and building services? We\’re working with a forward-thinking, values-led organisation that\’s all about delivering first-class service, improving environmental impact, and putting customers first. As they continue to grow, they\’re on the lookout for a commercially minded Senior Account Director to take the reins on key client relationships and help drive new business. If you\’ve worked in facilities management, building services, and you know your way around PPMs, this one\’s for you. What\’s the opportunity? This is a high-impact role where you\’ll manage a small portfolio of major accounts while also supporting the wider growth strategy. You\’ll be hands-on with clients, lead on commercial discussions, help win new business, and make sure service delivery is spot on. You\’ll need to be confident working at a senior level, influencing key decision-makers, and turning relationships into long-term wins. What you\’ll be doing: Client Account Management Take ownership of a few key client accounts, making sure they\’re happy, supported, and growing Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders Host regular reviews, identify new opportunities, and keep communication flowing Retention & Growth Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities Lead contract negotiations and renewals Develop growth plans for each account Introduce your own network and relationships to support new opportunities Business Development Research and target potential new clients in line with the business strategy Attend industry events, network, and follow up leads Manage the full sales process from initial chat through to deal closure Keep CRM up to date and pipeline healthy Service Delivery Oversight Make sure services are delivered to the highest standard Work closely with ops and tech teams to resolve any issues Be the go-to person for escalations What we\’re looking for: A background in facilities management or building services this is a must!
