NexGen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an ever expanding engineering company located in Welwyn Garden City. Company Description Our client is a leading subcontract precision multi-axis CNC Turning and Milling manufacturer with a global client base. With a focus on providing high-quality components with a rapid turnaround, catering to a diverse range of sectors and delivers cost-effective manufacturing solutions. The company\’s commitment to customer satisfaction has led to strong client loyalty and steady growth year on year. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to support the sales process and contributing to the overall business development efforts. You will be required to produce and follow up on quotations a produce a monthly pipeline report. Qualifications 1. Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills 2.
