Are you a qualified life actuary, excited by the prospect of joining a major global reinsurer in a key leadership position on the beautiful island of Bermuda?
Then this is the perfect opportunity for you, offering the chance to gain exposure to a broad spectrum of reinsurance transactions along with elements of risk, capital planning, finance, and reserving.
Having responsibility for preparing pricing models and analyzing output for flow and block reinsurance transactions, you will also work closely with the Actuarial Valuation team in supporting the delivery of regular reporting on GAAP results and Bermuda reserving.
In addition, you will support the delivery of regular reporting on risks, including asset liability management and liquidity.
A critical thinker, the successful candidate will have excellent end-to-end project management skills.
You will also be proficient in MS Excel, Access, and VBA and possess experience of programming in SQL, R, or AXIS.
Experience/knowledge in various frameworks such as US GAAP, US Stat, RBC, EBS, Solvency II, ICS, EVS etc. is a bonus.
