C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a highly successful Private Equity firm in the heart of London’s West End. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious company with an exceptional team culture, comprehensive benefits package, and a prime location.

Position: Executive Assistant – supporting 3 Co-Founders/Partners
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (DoE)
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office/1 day working from home weekly

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Full, proactive diary and calendar management (including complex scheduling, investor calls, and internal/external meetings)
  • Coordinating national and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers)
  • Managing high volumes of inbound communication and triaging tasks appropriately
  • Organising board meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Personal support, including booking restaurants, appointments etc.
