Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise (FTSE 250 Focus)

Location: Manchester, Leeds, Reading, London or Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Car Allowance + Double OTE

Are you an ambitious enterprise sales professional with a track record of winning large, complex deals? Do you thrive on building strategic relationships and driving transformation within FTSE 250 organisations?

We\’re partnering with a highly respected UK-based VAR , known for delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and services across the enterprise space. As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead on FTSE 250 new logo acquisition across a defined territory.

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well-resourced business at the forefront of cloud, cyber, digital workplace , and enterprise infrastructure .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Win and grow new logo enterprise accounts , targeting FTSE 250 clients.
• Sell complex solution stacks across cloud , cyber security , networking , and digital transformation .
• Work alongside technical pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shape and close high-value deals.
• Engage at C-level and senior IT leadership, positioning the business as a true strategic partner.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to contract signature.

What We’re Looking For:

• A consistent track record of enterprise new business success , ideally in a VAR, MSP or integrator setting.
• Strong understanding of selling complex, multi-solution IT offerings.
• Experience working with FTSE 250 organisations or similar enterprise customers.
• Excellent relationship builder with the gravitas to engage senior decision-makers.
• Based in or near Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham , with UK travel as required.
• Up to £100,000 base salary
• Double OTE (realistic six-figure earnings)
• Hybrid flexibility and strong internal support across presales, marketing, and delivery
• A well-established brand with exciting growth plans and a strong partner ecosystem
