Brook Street are delighted to be supporting Homes England in there recruitment for a Temporary Office Manager based in Newcastle. Jod details: Full time – Monday to Friday (Flexible start and finish times) Location – Newcastle office role type – Hybrid (50%) Start date – ASAP Duration – March 2025 with possibility of extension Pay rate – £12.74 Description: The Temporary Worker will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to: – Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others – Compiling, verifying and reporting data -Monitoring an email inbox – Keeping lists – Arranging meetings – Completing forms or reports – Managing the workload of a small team, if required – Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Typical qualifications and experience: – Use of microsoft packages (Word, Outlook and Excel) – Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office – Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Requirements: Must be able to pass a Basic Disclosure check Must be able to provide full right to work in the UK ID documents Must be able to provide reference details for the last 3 years If this is something you would be interested in, please apply.
