We\’re Hiring: Senior Change Lead – Aladdin Expert | Public Markets Platform

Duration: 6 months

Location: London (2-3 days onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Change Lead to join our Public Markets Platform Team , a central unit within our global investment transformation function. This is a high-impact role driving platform modernization, operational efficiency, and strategic change – with a specific focus on Aladdin .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the technology partner to Public Markets investment teams, leading change initiatives and enabling growth through technology, with an emphasis on Aladdin
• Own and drive Aladdin change and adoption across Public Markets teams
• Identify functional gaps and propose scalable, efficient solutions – both within Aladdin and externally
• Manage and prioritise change backlogs, incidents, enhancements, and risks (via Jira)
• Work with engineering squads and third-party providers to deliver change outside of Aladdin
• Be the go-to Aladdin SME , supporting everything from workflow optimisation to incident resolution
• Develop strong relationships with investment stakeholders to deliver transparent, business-aligned change
• Champion best practices and help embed new systems and processes effectively

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven expertise in BlackRock’s Aladdin platform – change, configuration, workflows, and issue resolution
• Deep understanding of investment operations and the front-to-back investment lifecycle
• Experience leading technology-driven change in an Asset Management or similar environment
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills across data, process, and system layers
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge of investment products and instruments – Active ETF knowledge is a plus
