Overview Join our rapidly growing business in a new role as Creative Artworker focusing primarily on corporate and B2B design work. We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role will focus on delivering exceptional design solutions across our B2B business units (including Healthcare, Care Homes and Education), as well as Corporate and Recruitment Marketing, encompassing print, digital media, exhibition stands, event materials and much more! As apetito | Wiltshire Farm Foods continues its ambitious growth in the B2B sector, the Marketing Executive will play an integral role in elevating our brand presence and delivering impactful visual assets that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Our meals are expertly crafted by our dietitians and chefs, and then frozen to lock in the goodness. Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK’s largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK. Responsibilities * Design Development: Create visually engaging designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and website assets. * Events & Exhibitions: Design and artwork creative assets for events, including exhibition stands, banners, promotional materials, and signage, ensuring cohesive and professional branding. * Marketing Campaigns: Partner with the wider marketing team to provide design input for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that all visuals align with strategic goals. * Photography Management: Oversee food photography shoots and maintain the food photography library to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned images are readily available. * Brand Consistency: Maintain and refine apetito’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points, while adapting designs to suit different formats and platforms. * Workload Planning: Schedule and prioritise design tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects, adapting to changing marketing needs. * Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with individual B2B business units to understand their needs and translate these into effective design solutions that resonate with their target audiences. * Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing and design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. * Production Liaison: Manage relationships with external printers and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of high-quality materials. * Wider Business Support: The apetito Marketing team support and collaborate with the wider business on numerous other projects so you will be expected to step outside the design world and contribute at internal and external events, conferences and more. About you Qualifications and Experience: Essential: * Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment, with a versatile portfolio showcasing work across a range of media. * Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Experience working within brand guidelines. * Current knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools. * Project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting managing multiple projects simultaneously. * A proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * A creative thinker and idea generator. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both digitally and face-to-face. Desirable: * Experience with print production and digital design. * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. * A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * An interest in B2B/corporate marketing, FMCG and/or the food industry. * Driving licence.
